Our refund policy is designed to be plain-English. The summary: free tools are free, paid subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee on first purchase, one-time passes are non-refundable once activated, and EU/UK consumers retain their statutory withdrawal rights.
1. Free Tools
Every tool on Baaed FREE SEO Suite has a free tier. You can evaluate the product end-to-end before paying. We will never ask for payment to access the free tier.
2. Paid Subscriptions — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All Pro and Business subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the day of your first subscription charge. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email info@baaed.com within 14 days of that charge with the subject line "Refund request" and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method — no questions asked.
The 14-day window applies to your first subscription on a given account. Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are not covered by the guarantee — see Sections 3 and 5 below.
3. Auto-Renewal and How to Cancel
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate. To stop the next charge:
- Sign in and go to your account → Billing.
- Click Cancel subscription. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period; after that your account reverts to the free tier.
If you cancel between renewal charges we do not issue a partial refund for the remaining period — you keep what you paid for, but you are not billed again.
4. After the 14-Day Window
Beyond the 14-day money-back window we will normally only issue prorated refunds in unusual circumstances — for example, a billing error on our side, a service-affecting bug we could not resolve, or a duplicate charge. For "I changed my mind" cancellations after day 14, the cancellation flow above is the right path.
5. Annual Plans
Annual plans are subject to the same 14-day guarantee from the date of the first annual charge. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable by default; on request we will credit any unused portion (rounded to whole months) toward a future subscription on the same account.
6. One-Time Passes (Micro-Pass and Day-Pass)
Single-purchase access passes (e.g. the $0.99 hour-pass and $4.99 day-pass) are non-refundable once activated, because the underlying compute resources are reserved at the moment of purchase. If a pass fails to activate due to a bug on our side, contact info@baaed.com and we will either re-credit it or refund it.
7. How Long Refunds Take
We process refund requests within one business day. After that, your card issuer or PayPal typically takes 5–10 business days to post the refund to your statement. Stripe and PayPal timelines apply — we cannot accelerate them.
8. EU and UK Consumer Rights — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to withdraw from a digital-services contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, simply email info@baaed.com within 14 days.
Important: Where you have already started using the paid features within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that the service has begun and that you may lose this statutory right of withdrawal under Art. 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive. Our 14-day money-back guarantee in Section 2 is more generous than the statutory right and continues to apply.
9. Disputed or Fraudulent Charges
If you see a charge from us that you do not recognise, please contact us at info@baaed.com before raising a dispute with your bank. In most cases we can identify and refund the charge within one business day, which is faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending resolution.
10. Tax
Where applicable taxes (such as EU VAT or US sales tax) were collected on the original transaction, the refund includes the proportional tax amount. We remit collected taxes to the relevant authority on our normal schedule.
