1. Scope
This AUP applies to anyone who accesses or uses Baaed FREE SEO Suite (the "Service"), including registered users, paying customers, anonymous visitors, and API consumers. By using the Service you agree to abide by this AUP.
2. Lawful Use
You may use the Service only for purposes that are lawful in your jurisdiction and in any jurisdiction in which the activity has effect. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations including those relating to data protection, intellectual property, export controls, sanctions, telemarketing, anti-spam, online safety, child protection, and consumer protection.
3. Prohibited Content
You must not use the Service to create, store, transmit, distribute, or facilitate access to content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, sexually exploitative of minors, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or that incites violence or discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), depicts the sexual exploitation of any person, or facilitates human trafficking. We report all suspected CSAM to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to local law enforcement, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
- Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other intellectual-property right.
- Contains personal data of others that you do not have a lawful basis to process under applicable privacy laws.
- Promotes or facilitates terrorism, violent extremism, or organised criminal activity.
- Promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders in a manner intended to encourage such behaviour.
- Constitutes deepfake or non-consensual sexual imagery, including AI-generated material depicting identifiable real persons in sexual contexts without their explicit consent.
4. Prohibited Activities — Deceptive or Fraudulent Conduct
- Phishing, pretexting, or impersonation of any person or organisation.
- Generating, distributing, or selling fake identification documents, fraudulent invoices, fake reviews, fake testimonials, or fabricated social-media engagement.
- Using AI tools to generate disinformation about elections, public-health matters, or matters of public concern with intent to mislead.
- Generating content that fraudulently represents AI-generated material as human-authored where that representation would deceive a reasonable user (e.g. for academic submission, journalism, or regulated professional advice without disclosure).
- Manipulating analytics, advertising metrics, click-through counts, or affiliate-tracking parameters of any third-party service.
5. Prohibited Activities — Technical Abuse
- Distributing malware, ransomware, viruses, worms, trojans, keyloggers, or any other malicious code.
- Conducting unauthorised vulnerability scans, penetration testing, or denial-of-service activity against any target, including the Service itself. (See our Security Policy for the authorised research process.)
- Attempting to bypass authentication, rate limiting, captchas, paywalls, or other protective mechanisms of the Service or of any third-party service.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, networks, or data.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, plan limits, or enforcement actions.
6. Prohibited Activities — Spam and Unsolicited Communications
- Using the Service or its outputs to send unsolicited commercial email (spam) in violation of CAN-SPAM, the EU ePrivacy Directive, CASL, or any equivalent law.
- Harvesting, scraping, or collecting email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information for unsolicited contact.
- Using AI tools to mass-generate marketing material designed to evade spam filters.
- Submitting our forms, contact endpoints, or APIs from automated tools other than for a legitimate documented purpose.
7. Prohibited Activities — Resource Abuse
- Mass-scraping the Service or its outputs without prior written permission.
- Using the Service to mine cryptocurrency, run distributed-computing workloads, or otherwise consume compute resources beyond what is reasonably necessary for ordinary tool use.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or commercialising the Service or its outputs without an appropriate commercial licence.
- Using the Service to compete with us by training a substitute product on its outputs or by extracting our datasets.
8. Prohibited Targets
You must not use the Service against:
- Any person, system, or network without the owner's consent (except for content that is publicly accessible and that you have a legitimate basis to examine, such as competitor SEO research).
- Critical infrastructure (energy, water, transportation, healthcare, emergency services).
- Government or military systems of any country.
- Any system you reasonably suspect to be subject to active law-enforcement, regulatory, or judicial proceedings.
9. Sanctions and Export Controls
You must not use the Service if you are located in, are a national of, or are ordinarily resident in a country subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, the so-called Donetsk People's Republic, and the so-called Luhansk People's Republic), or if you are on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals list, the U.S. Commerce Department's Entity List, or any equivalent restricted-party list. You agree to comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws.
10. AI-Specific Restrictions
When using AI-powered features, you additionally agree not to:
- Generate content that violates Sections 3–8 of this AUP.
- Use AI outputs to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals (Art. 22 GDPR).
- Use AI outputs in any "high-risk" application as defined in the EU AI Act (Reg. (EU) 2024/1689), including biometric identification, critical infrastructure, education and vocational training, employment, access to essential services, law enforcement, migration and border control, and administration of justice — unless you have independently validated that the output meets the relevant regulatory standards.
- Bypass or attempt to bypass safety mechanisms in our AI tools or the underlying model providers' usage policies (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter).
- Submit prompts containing protected health information (PHI), payment card data (PCI), classified information, or trade secrets to AI tools.
11. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of conduct that violates this AUP, please report it to info@baaed.com with the subject line "AUP Violation". Include the URL or content concerned, the nature of the alleged violation, and any other relevant details. See our Content Moderation Policy for the full reporting process.
12. Enforcement
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, take any action we consider appropriate in response to suspected or confirmed violations, including:
- Removing or disabling access to the relevant content.
- Suspending or terminating the relevant account or all accounts associated with the violator.
- Restricting access to the Service from certain IP ranges.
- Refusing future business with the violator.
- Reporting the conduct to relevant authorities and to affected third parties.
- Pursuing civil or criminal legal action.
Repeat or egregious violations result in permanent suspension. We are not obligated to refund fees paid for an account that we suspend or terminate due to AUP violations.
13. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We cooperate with valid legal process from law enforcement and government agencies. We may preserve and disclose account information and content where required by law, court order, or where we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm or to investigate fraud, security threats, or violations of this AUP.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates acceptance of the revised AUP. Material changes will be announced by email and/or a prominent on-site notice.
