- Hosting service? Yes — we host limited user-submitted content (saved tool reports, account profiles).
- Online platform? No — we do not allow users to disseminate content to the public at large; saved reports are private to the user unless they choose to share them.
- Very large online platform (VLOP)? No — we are below the 45-million-EU-user threshold of the Digital Services Act.
- Marketplace? No — we do not connect consumers with traders for distance contracts in the meaning of Art. 30 DSA.
